Feeling Blessed

In this life, everyone has been born for a purpose and everyone is important. There is not even a single creature that is not important. And, everyone ends up doing their own tasks, their own things. We live in an interdependent society and no one individual can perform all the duties. No one can do all the roles. Hence everyone becomes all the more important.

When we do a role we for sure miss on the understanding, the intricacies of other roles but everyone is required to do something and that makes everyone important.
So each one has a purpose of life and is supposed to serve that purpose. And all this is amazingly taken care of.

A maid is required, a plumber is required, a mechanic is required, a postman is required, a watchman is required, a doctor is required, an engineer is required, a policeman is required, a guard is required, a school teacher is required, a professor is required.

Each and everyone have a purpose and each and everyone is required. Now a doctor can never do what a plumber can. And an engineer can never do what a cook can. Hence everyone learns in the life according to their roles and purpose of life.

Now knowing this, I feel more blessed to be chosen on this path. We may be missing on different roles and responsibilities of life. May be we missed learning some lessons, maybe we never faced some situations, we never solved some problems, we never enjoyed some moments in life.

But, what compensates it all is what we are chosen to do in life. What we do is by far the best we could. To be able to live with the purpose of bringing Smiles on faces, giving a hope to have a happy life, bringing transformations is the best that could be done. What could have been better? We for sure have not chosen these ourselves. We are in fact the picked ones, the luckiest ones. This is not a fruit of any action but for sure amazing Grace that has been poured on us by our master. We are blessed to be the one, the one who was picked.

Know this and feel blessed. King of the world is surely in our hearts, there is nothing to fear.

Tera Main (13th May)

 13th May is a very Special Day for all of us as it is our Master’s Birthday.  Tera Main (13^th May) in Hindi means “I am Yours” and that is what we have been feeling since we have realized HIS presence in our lives. He has completely given his life to bring Smiles on our face.

Life has become an expression of gratefulness with HIS presence. We are indeed extremely lucky to have you Guruji, to be chosen on this path.

Today it’s not only Guruji’s Birthday but its all of ours Birthday as well. We all have got this new life since HE has come in our lives. Thank You Guruji for being born. We love you Guruji.

Unconditional Love

Guruji came to Delhi on March 18, 2014. His flight was supposed to land at 4:00PM. As I couldn’t leave office before 5:00PM; I thought I would go to meet him after HE lands to Vasant Vihar where HE was supposed to be staying. To my surprise and HIS wish, HIS flight got delayed and kept getting delayed till 7:00PM. By the time we could easily reach airport and meet HIM.

Now we reached the airport but we did not have any conveyance to go from the airport to Vasant Vihar. Before HE landed HE even fixed that and we had a car arranged.

He came. We met HIM at the airport and went behind HIM to Vasant Vihar.

We reached just in time when HE was there and again got a tap on the head with the bouquet of flowers he was holding.

Then HE went inside and we waited and waited and waited in the hall amidst hundreds of people.

And HE came. And took all our hearts away. As HE rightly says, HE is a CHIT CHOR, who steals the heart too. On being asked to meet one to one, HE replied “Dil mei to milta hu one to one”  When HE is there, one can feel Bliss amidst Chaos. Then the long waited one to one meeting started. Something felt touched from inside on meeting HIM. All I wanted after that was to cry every tension, every burden off that I have been carrying with me. And I came back and just hugged his photo and slept.

He was suppose to leave on March 19, 2014 at around 1:00PM for Rishikesh. People had already left to be with HIM on the banks of holy Ganges. I got an offer too but had to reject it coz I was supposed to be in office and I couldn’t take an off. I was sad that I couldn’t even leave office to go and bid him good bye to the airport.

All I had was, a sincere prayer in my heart that HIS flight gets delayed or his trip gets cancelled.

And to my surprise and love, He cancelled his trip to Rishikesh. Now HE is here till 21^st March and is staying as close as Vasant Vihar which is around a 45 min distance from here. 

This amazing transformation only HE can bring. The amazing wonderful feeling that HE loves you so very much can bring a Smile on every face. Can turn sad tears, sweet. Can make you feel soaked in love and drenched in joy. Can change the disappointment into wonder “Koi itna pyaar kaise kar sakta hai?”

He has truly said in Narada Bhakti Sutras that “In the worst of situations if I can just remember that ‘Divine loves me.. there is Divine Unconditional Love’…my misery will not be there !”

“Love is not an emotion; it is your very existence”

Being associated with Art of Living since last 4 years, I have heard the above line a lot of times from the master. “Love is not an emotion; it is your very existence”. I never really thought about what is the hidden meaning behind this or what it actually feels to be Love.

For me Love was an emotion which I felt with people close to me, my family, friends…. So I really could never understand how Love is the very existence and how it is more than just an emotion.

But being in HIS presence, meeting HIM several times I have really understood much more than I initially thought it to be.

If you have been to Ashram, you would know that it is a beautiful paradise. If heaven exists, it is like the Art of Living International Centre in Bangalore. And when Guruji is there, it is like heaven with God J I was at Ashram this year for the beautiful Shivratri Celebrations.

Believe me Shivratri is a day when you cannot afford to be anywhere except where Guruji is. It’s a huge celebration at Ashram, people from across the globe are there to experience the infinite energy, the union of seen and unseen, the Divine Consciousness which we all are made of.

When you are there, you actually realize that you don’t need any reason to be happy. You feel that Love is in the air. You feel so content that you really have no desires unfulfilled. You really don’t want anything to be totally happy, peaceful and centered. You attend the amazing pujas which are good enough for you to be drunken in joy and intoxicated in bliss. In no time you find yourself immersed in deep meditation, a journey to the blissful world, a journey where you realize who you really are. And in no time you find yourself dancing, being one with the music to the beats of Shiva bhajans.

You realize that you really don’t need anyone to be in love with. You realize that you are so complete and so full of love that everyone who comes across is nothing but just love, just made up of the same substance as you. The very same thing, there is no difference.

Like the wood that the door is made up of is no different than the wood the table is made up of. There is no actual difference between what you are made up of and what the other person is made up of. And a realization dawns that nothing but Love exists, we just need to realize that. You are my dear made up of Love. You are Love.

And still if that has not dawned, just look in to the eyes of the Master; just one glance from him is enough to make you realize that the entire creation is just love, nothing else. Everything else is just a distortion of love. So nothing except love really exists. And the realization gets a flood of love within you and you get totally immersed in it.

“I am You, You are Me is the slogan of love” becomes an experience than, much more than just a mere concept you have heard of.

I remember a story told by one of my teacher. Once someone said to Guruji, “I love you” And he replied why are you saying the same word thrice? “I” “Love” & “You” are actually all same. It’s all Love. Now I know how it actually means the same.

“You are made up of a substance called Love” seems so beautifully true now.

It is amazing how the deepest truths of life are really expressed and taught on this path with so much ease and it’s all so effortless.

It is said that if you are extremely lucky you get a human birth. If you are luckier you have a thirst for knowledge. If you are even luckier you have a chance to be on this path and if you are the luckiest (extreme possible luck) you have a living master. Truly blessed we are to be on this path.

Very few are blessed to be one among the lucky blessed souls. Just be grateful – Great and full to be able to be here.  

And all you can do is feel Blessed to be able to experience this.

Know and Remember for a fact that “YOU ARE LOVE”

My First Gurupuja

 Pooja is that which comes out of fullness. 

When heart is full with gratitude it comes out in the form of puja. Its a play with the divine. Its just you and your God playing. 
And on doing it gratitude overflows and one truly feels HIS presence. Presence of the master. Of the Guru tattva. Of the energy of the Divine Consciousness. One feels that there is somebody constantly taking care of you and is always with you, you just need to feel it. Grace overflows, you become great and full — Grateful. 
Then the Smile does not leave your face. Tears roll out but of love and gratitude. Salty tears turn sweet. And one is left with a realization that all that exists is just Love. 
You actually feel that "Love is not an emotion, its your very existence" 
Grateful to be on this path. To be able to experience something so beautiful.
